Babar Azam has joined the ranks of West Indies’ Chris Gayle as the world’s second individual to accomplish this feat. In 2014, Chris Gayle had hit 6,000 runs.

Pakistan won the first T20I match against South Africa by four wickets on Saturday, taking a 1-0 lead in the series.
In a last-over thriller, the Green Shirts successfully chased down their highest T20I total to defeat South Africa by 4 wickets.

Rizwan becomes Pakistan’s star once again, batting his way through the innings and scoring 74 runs off 50 balls, including nine fours and two sixes.
