

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced that for April the winners of the ICC Player of The Month Awards have honoured and celebrated the best achievements of both male and female cricketers throughout the year.
For his consistent, outstanding performance across all sorts in the recent series against South Africa, Pakistan’s Babar Azam won the ICC Men’s Player of the Month in April 2021, and was chosen by fans and the ICC polling academy as the winner in April.
As an Australian cricketer, Alyssa Healy, for her excellent consistency with the bat, was named ICC Women’s Player of the Month for April 2021.
Babar’s 82-ball 94 in South Africa’s third ODI gained 13 leading points to achieve an excellent career of 865. In the third match of a T20I series against the same opposition, he also participated 122 of the 59 balls in Pakistan’s successful chasing.
