Karachi Kings Squad 2022
Karachi Kings’ performance in the previous PSL season was dismal, as they were eliminated from the play-offs. Prior to the start of the competition, the star-studded squad was considered a hot favorite, but they failed to live up to their expectations with uneven performances throughout the competition. Karachi will be determined to make a name for itself in PSL 7 and go all the way this time. Karachi Kings just missed out on the PSL 6 play-offs, finishing ahead of arch-rivals Lahore Qalandars on Net Run Rate. The previous edition’s Karachi Kings squad lacked balance, as the team was inconsistent throughout the competition. This time, though, the squad appears to be well-balanced and high-quality, positioning them as one of the competition’s favorites. The players on the Karachi Kings team are regarded as some of the best T20 players in the world, and it would not be surprising to see them in the PSL 2022 final.
Karachi Kings Team Players
Karachi Kings is jam-packed with international superstars. They have named Babar Azam, Pakistan’s star batter, as their new captain, as well as Peter Moores, a former England coach, as their head coach for the PSL 2022 season. Imad Wasim, Chris Jordan, Mohammad Nabi, Mohammad Amir, and Sharjeel Khan are among the team’s members. They’ve also signed Tom Abell and Lewis Gregory to their roster, giving them much-needed all-around depth. Qasim Akram and Faisal Akram are two interesting young players on the Karachi Kings roster. Both athletes will be eager to show off their abilities at the highest level possible. Karachi Kings Schedule
On 27 January, Karachi will play Multan Sultans at their home field, National Stadium Karachi, in the first match of the Pakistan Super League 7. On the 20th of February, they will play Quetta Gladiators at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore in their last group stage match. Their matches against the Lahore Qalandars will be held on the 20th of January at National Stadium Karachi and the 18th of February at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
