A top BCCI official on Tuesday told Virat Kohli that after the reports the great batt could be replaced as the Limited Over Captain, he will continue his captain in all three formats.
With the bat, Kohli worked well. This prompted to suggestions that following the ICC T20 World Cup the adjustments could be made.
The Indian Cricket Control Board (BCCI) secretary Jay Shah, however, assured Kohli.
“There is no such offer [substituting Kohli] and Virat’s the team, and we support it,” Shah said.
