Ireland’s 15-man ICC T20 World Cup roster for 2021 was announced on September 8. They announced their traveling reserves on September 9th. The squad will be led by Andrew Balbirnie in the major event.
Gareth Delany, an Irish leg-spinner, has also been named to the team. In 2020, he will play his final T20 match. According to Ireland head coach Graham Ford, Andy McBrine will cover for Simi Singh.

Ireland’s first encounter will be against the Netherlands in Round One of the tournament.
Ireland is in Group A, alongside Sri Lanka and Namibia. The Super12 will be decided by the top two clubs from each group.
