Scotland has named its final 15-man ICC T20 World Cup roster for 2021, with Kyle Coetzer set to skipper the team and Jonathan Trott, a former England batsman, named as the team’s batting consultant.
Trott has played in several World Cups as well as the Ashes versus Australia. Scotland will be better prepared for high-pressure circumstances as a result of this.

Josh Davey, Michael Leask, George Munsey, and Mark Watt all made the cut from the 2016 ICC T20 World Cup roster. Dylan Budge, Chris Greaves, Hamza Tahir, Craig Wallace, and Brad Wheal will compete in the tournament for the first time.
On October 17, Scotland will play Bangladesh in the first round of the event.
They’re in Round One’s Group B, alongside Oman, Bangladesh, and Papua New Guinea.
