The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), for its forthcoming New Zealand & England series and ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 202, has released the 15-man team. If Ali and Khusdil Shah were brought to the team in order to provide the middle order greater batting power.
Asif Ali played his last T20I on Zimbabwe in April with a strike rate of 16.38 at 123.74, whereas his total T20 Cricket strike rate was 147. Last T20I Khusdil Shah was in Lahore earlier this year against South Africa. On average the left hander has a strike rate of 109.24 and a T20 strike rate of 134.. As top selector Muhammad Wasim chose Asif and Khusdil for a team, “Asif Ali and Khusdil Shah cannot have a strong performance against their names.

But scarcely nobody can doubt the huge talent and prowess of anybody. You are the best in the medium-order batting pool accessible and we are convinced you will give us solutions to our medium-order challenges. “While in imad wasim, mohammad nawas and shadab khan, we have three top-quality spinners, who are equally excellent with the bat and excellent on the field,” the two seasoned batsmen praise Babar Azam, Mohambmad Hafeez, Mohammed Rizvan and shoaib Maqsood.
The three travelling reserves have been identified as Arshad Iqbal, Faheem Ashraf, Fakhar Zaman, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Sharjeel Khan and Usman Qadir. Together with Shahnawaz Dahani, Arshad Iqbal have been excluded.
Wasim said: “The selections were unlucky to miss Fakhar Zaman, Shahnawaz Dachani and Usman Qadir. The ability of Sohaib Maqsood to bat and succeed anywhere in the top order gave him a lead overFakhar while three seasoned spinners, capable of battering, were present.
And it has been hard for Usman Qadir to get on the side, with five real fast wicketers. Just like Faheem, a shahnawaz uncapped was attached to Mohammad Wasim Junior but we chose the latter because of his speed and his capacity to flap.” Five batterers, two ticketmakers, four all-rounders and four fast bowlers are part of the 15-man group
