Rumman Raees, a left-arm pacer, thinks Muhammad Asif, a former seamer, is Pakistan’s best-ever fast bowler. Rumman claimed that Asif is the only bowler with better seam and swing control.

Rumman claimed that Asif should be regarded as the best fast bowler in the history of the nation because of his uncanny ability to seam and swing the ball, which was far superior to that of Waqar Younis and Wasim Akram, two of the game’s finest fast bowlers.

With all due respect to Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis, Mohammad Asif is Pakistan’s best fast bowler because no one else could bowl seam and swing with more control than Asif.

According to the 30-year-old, Asif’s guidance was essential to helping him improve as a bowler. He admitted that Asif did not know how to bowl properly with a seam and swing before the beginning of his domestic career, but he improved his abilities by working hard during his career.

According to him, bowlers must be aware of their advantages and understand that playing at an accelerated tempo alone would not make them world-class bowlers.

Having fully recovered from his back injury, the two-time PSL winner said he is optimistic about doing well in the forthcoming Kashmir Premier League (KPL) season 2. Rumman will lead the Bagh Stallions in the forthcoming competition after recently being named as vice-captain.
