Babar Hamid, the Director Commercial of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has resigned.
He sent his resignation to PCB chairman Ramiz Raja, according to sources, although he has yet to confirm it.
According to sources, he was also responsible for the DRS debacle in New Zealand.

It went on to say that the PCB chairman had ordered an investigation, but Hamid had quit before it could begin.
According to sources, he has not been to the office in the last few days.
Former PCB chairman Ehsan Mani appointed Hamid to the role of Director Commercial in 2019.
Wasim Khan, the PCB’s former CEO, left last month due to disputes with Ramiz. He was appointed to the board in 2019, and his contract was set to end the following year.
He stated that he came to Pakistan with the goal of making Pakistani cricket the greatest in the world and improving the country’s image internationally.
“As a British Pakistani and a former professional cricketer, I committed to moving to Pakistan little under three years ago in order to help improve the PCB’s and the country’s global image. “My goal was to make a difference in the game in front of a cricket-crazed nation of 220 million people,” he remarked.
