Sohaib Maqsood bashes the journalist Were not selected from streets

On Twitter, a local journalist questioned the selectors’ decision to choose Azam Khan, Khushdil Shah, Asif Ali, and Sohaib Maqsood.

“Don’t just blame Azam, Khushdil, Asif Ali, or Sohaib,” he tweeted. “Ask those who chose them for WT20 without any planning or long-term strategy,” they say.

Sohaib Maqsood broke his silence on this tweet and addressed all of the criticism by slamming the journalist.

“Boss, whether we play in the World Cup or not is unimportant, but we aren’t chosen from the streets,” he tweeted. We are chosen from the same system of cricket that every Pakistani cricketer participates in. You’re writing as if we’ve been chosen from a backyard performance,”
