The Chief Selector for Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Wasim Khan stated that Babar Azam took the Skipper confidently whenever they decided.
He also pointed out the phoney news that Babar Azam is being sidelined while picking the squad players and clarified that these rumours are not connected to truth.
“There have been some factually erroneous stories regarding Pakistan’s national team environment,” he remarked. He stated. The team has been announced for the upcoming overseas missions, and our skipper Babar Azam is completely behind the path.

He stated, “A few of the players held a healthy and constructive discussion on Tuesday afternoon with former Pakistan’s captain and member of the Board of Governors of the PCB, Mr Ramiz Raja, at which the brand of cricket had to be agreed on in and beyond the next round,
